89: so much to share

I took a walk this evening, and found myself down by the waterfront as the sun was setting.

Many times you hear people say that they don’t want to bring children into this world- there is too much evil, not enough goodness; too much violence, not enough peace.

But I think there is too much beauty that God has woven into our world to not share it with another generation.

There are so many things I would like to share with her about the world we live in - the good and the bad – and I hope we’ll have the skills to teach her how to be in this world but not of it.
